What is Time-O-Meter?

Project data as well as working- and project times can be recorded, managed and structured with the time recording system Time-O-Meter. Data can be accessed via internet. Time-O-Meter is multi-user capable, location independent and fully integrated. The processes are standardized and transparent, and it's easy to use. Time-O-Meter is a flexible tool for the smooth recording of working hours for the employees of small and medium sized companies.

Organizationally Time-O-Meter requires two things: projects have to be created within the database before they start, and all employees working on a project must be assigned to the project with a simple mouse click. All employees have to record and assign their labour times promptly, simply because only data which has been entered can be processed.

Reports for each project and employee can be created automatically, making sure that you are able to keep track of all developments. They can be exported in PDF format for example. Operation schedules can be created faster and more efficiently. Clients and customers can be provided with information immediately, without delay. And last but not least, invoices can be made faster. One query will do instead of a time-consuming search within a pile of papers … time is money.

The Time-O-Meter time recording system comes with a holiday plan, a birthday list, an off time overview, and further employee-based stats as well as project analysis. Different access authorization levels make sure that data privacy is guaranteed: company management and project management are responsible for what a user is able to see and do.

What is required in order to run Time-O-Meter?

A web server or web space with PHP & MySQL support is required for the use of Time-O-Meter. A cron job is necessary for some features.
